The Eight Dimensions of Wellness

All 8 dimensions of wellness are important to a person’s thriving. If low on one dimension, there is a misbalance that needs to be addresses. Unfortunately, often we are low on more than one dimension, in part because of the interplay between all aspects of our functioning - our biology, psychology, and sociocultural aspects of being. When we are low in finances for example, it can be difficult to be physically well as quality foods may not be in reach. If our vocation is out of alignment with our spiritual values, we might be thriving financially, but our emotional side suffers.

By discovering the ways that you thrive and how you suffer, better balance is sought and when achieved we flourish.
