A course in Mindfulness
Note: This course provides Canadian Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits as well as 4.5 primary CEUs for MTANS
The one hour weekly sessions will explore mindfulness concepts and how to build more mindfulness into your daily life.
We’ll look at Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and how to use those tools to reduce your stress as well as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and how that might help chronic unhappiness and depression amongst other disorders.

Session 7: The Ego and Identity
Session 8: Integration, Wrap up and Home practice
