Coaching

Compassionate, caring, insightful and a good listener all describe Reena’s approach to coaching for your best life. She challenges your thinking and any attitudes that may be holding you back. Also, she encourages you to accept the things you can change, while providing insight as to how to let go of what you cannot. Her sessions are not a one size fits all approach, as she takes the time to really get to know you and what makes you tick. Some sessions are just a vent session, for when you just need to unload. A session with Reena will make you feel much lighter and in control. She makes you feel as if you have just been wrapped up in a warm blanket and the sun decided to come out.
I highly recommend Reena Davis if you want to seriously cut to the chase and discover what is impeding your growth.

“Reena is knowledgeable and passionate about the principles of wellness.  She brings a maturity and life experience that compliments these principles.  Reena helped motivate me to prioritize my own health.  If you want to make positive changes in your life and have someone with the knowledge to help you, Reena is an excellent choice. “

Yoga

Yoga
“Friday’s yoga session was excellent. I was rejuvenated after we finished. Back at home I did a bunch of work in the garden right after it !!!!!!!”
~ Chris

“The yoga session yesterday was great as usual. I appreciate that you always give alternatives like placing my hands behind my back instead of stretching them up.  I can enjoy a class with others who are younger and fit and feel my own progress as a senior starting yoga.”

Massage

“I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful Thai massage treatment the other day.    You were able to unlock so many layers of buried tension I was carrying in my body.  I am feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated with a renewed sense of peace and calm. Thank you!”
~ Clare

“The appointment was wonderful, not only that I had the first good nights sleep after the appointment in about 2 weeks.  Thanks so much.”
